As hunger rises, Operation Holiday Basket still delivers
Roosevelt High School in South Minneapolis has been hosting its annual Operation Holiday Basket event since 1970, gathering over 3 tons of food for delivery in 305 baskets to neighborhood families in need, with over 125 students and alumni participating in the assembly line.
