Marlon McCoy, a former Tartan High School basketball player, has been named a graduate assistant for the Florida State University men’s basketball team.

Marlon McCoy started at shooting guard for four years, leading St. Agnes to the 1994 Class A state championship while earning all-conference, all-metro, and all-state honors. He was among five finalists for Mr. Basketball his senior year.
