Did you know hip-hop dance moves connect to African dance traditions? See how traditional music and moves from Zimbabwe, Guinea and Senegal are connected to “b-boying,” salsa, popping and locking.   The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) of Minnesota will hold a free Mental Health First Aid training course in St. Paul designed to teach the basic first aid skills needed to help a person who is experiencing a mental health problem or crisis.
