The Minnesota Diabetes Heart Health Collaborative (MNDHHC) invites you to join in a community conversation about diabetes and wellness to be held on Wednesday, October 8, 5:30-8 pm, at the Center for Families, 3333 N. 4th St. in Minneapolis. This conversation will build on previous work being done to create public service announcements.
Bring your ideas and experience to the conversation to build a healthy community. What are the ideas you have that you would like to move to action? What do you bring and what might you need to move into action to address diabetes for you, your family, friends, neighbors and community? MNDHHC wants to continue working in partnership to see if there are possible ways to move to better health.
This event is free; RSVPs are requested. RSVP to Bob-e Simpson Epps at 952 288-3540 or bannsepps@yahoo.com.
