The Miss Black Minnesota USA Pageant is now under new ownership, leadership and direction. The executive director of the Miss Black Minnesota Program and State Pageant Director of the Miss Black Minnesota USA Pageant, Tiffany Ramm, will be graduating in May with her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Minnesota with an emphasis on adolescent health and mental health, treatment of trauma, and nonprofit leadership and management. Ramm has dedicated her life to mentoring and volunteering with young people, is a professional model, and is also a previous two-time pageant titleholder.
The organization is happy to announce recruitment efforts for both the 2013 pageant, which will be held in November 2012, and for participants for the mentoring program. If you are ages 5-27 and interested in participating in the pageant, or if you are ages 8-17 and interested in participating in the mentor program, notify the program office, contact the program office.
The Miss Black Minnesota USA program is also looking for pageant sponsors and donors. If you are interested in making a significant individual, foundation, or corporate donation contact the program office for specific donation benefit details.
